- Affidavits and sworn statements
- Custody and parenting-related documents (if already prepared)
- Recognition of Parentage (ROP)
- Consent forms and authorizations
- Other standard notarial acts as permitted by Minnesota law

- In-person notarization
- Mobile notary (limited availability)
- Remote and electronic notarization (coming soon)
Rates
Final rates will be confirmed prior to service.
- Notarization: starting at $5–$15 per signature
- Mobile services: rates may vary based on location and travel
What to Bring
To complete a notarization, you will need:
- A valid, government-issued photo ID
- Completed (but unsigned) documents
- All parties present (if required)
- Important Information
- Notary services do not include legal advice or document preparation
- Documents must be completed prior to notarization
- Identification is required for all notarizations
