At Reunify Foundations, services are customized based on individual case needs, court requirements, and scheduling. Our goal is to provide structured, safe, and professional support while remaining accessible to families.
Service Rates (Starting Ranges)
Supervised Visitation
- Office-Based Visits: starting at $60–$75 per hour
- Community-Based Visits: starting at $65–$85 per hour
- Virtual Visits: starting at $50–$65 per hour

Intake Fee
A one-time intake fee of $30–$40 per party is required prior to beginning services.
This fee covers:
- intake review
- initial consultation
- administrative setup
Note: Intake fees are non-refundable once the intake process has begun.
Sliding Fee Scale (Limited Availability)
Limited reduced rates may be available based on financial need and program capacity.
To be considered, you may be asked to provide:
- proof of income (pay stubs, public assistance, etc.)
- or current In Forma Pauperis (IFP) documentation
Reduced rates of up to 30% may be considered.

Services are scheduled based on availability and are designed to accommodate family and school schedules.

- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Holiday Exchanges
Limited and structured holiday exchanges are available by pre-scheduled request:
- Morning: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Midday: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Additional times may be available on a case-by-case basis.

- Payment is required prior to services unless otherwise arranged
- Accepted methods: credit or debit card
